/KASE, July 7, 2019/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start on July 9, 2019 at
10:00 am with the following agenda:
- on approval of the company’s annual financial statements for 2018.
- on the approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net profit
for the reporting financial year 2018; on making a decision to pay dividends
on ordinary shares; on the approval of the amount of dividend per one ordinary
share of the company;
- on consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
