KazTransOil announces resumption of oil transportation over pipeline Ozen-Zhetybai-Aktau

Mangistau Oil Pipeline Management Department of "KazTransOil' JSC involved 12 units of special equipment to eliminate the consequences of the incident on the pipeline. The transportation of oil by Uzen-Zhetybai-Aktau main oil pipeline was resumed on June 4, 2019, at 01:12 a.m. (time of Nur-Sultan). Downtime amounted to 26 hours 58 minutes. The process of elimination of the incident consequences, removal and utilisation of contaminated soil continues. The damage to the environment and to "KazTransOil" JSC is being assessed.
