Kazakhstan mortgage company has floated loan for KZT300m

/Almaty bureau REUTERS, Oljas Auezov, November 18, 02/ - Kazakhstan
mortgage company (KMC) has floated the first tranche of its debut three-year
bonds in the amount of KZT300 m, informed the company on Monday.
"We have floated bonds for KZT300 million", - said the head of the department
on securities operations of KMC Mars Aldashov.
He did not inform about details of the deal, in particular, did not call the
rate, which was to be determined at primary floatation. According to Aldashov's
words, details of the deal will be announced at the press-conference on
Tuesday.
KMC, National Bank's daughter company, which was created for refinancing
mortgage credits of commercial banks, informed before that it would sell the
first tranche of secured bonds to Bank CenterCredit and KIB Asset Management,
which had won the corresponding competition. Afterwards the bonds may come
to the secondary market.
The company intends to float entirely the issue with the volume of KZT1.5 bn
during half a year.
