/KASE, June 4, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of changes in
its Management Board.
- Kopeshov B.B., chairman of the Board, has been excluded;
- Arifioglu Abdurrahman Seki has been elected chairman of the Management Board.
Given these changes, AsiaCredit Bank’s Management Board consists of four members:
Arifioglu Abdurrahman Seki, B.S. Dosmukhametov, S.V. Valikhanova, S.S. Basambayeva.
