report on the bank's consolidated financial statement for 2018.

The bank's financial statements for 2018 were audited by BDO Kazakhstan. According
to the auditor’s report, which contains grounds for qualified opinion, consolidated
financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial
position of AsiaCredit Bank and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2018, and
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year then ended
in accordance with IFRS.
