/KASE, May 30, 2019/ – Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder of May 28, 2019.
The shareholder made the following decisions:
- approve the company's financial statements for the period from June 11 (date of
establishment) to December 31, 2018, confirmed by the auditor’s report of KPMG
Audit LLP;
- to use net income for 2018 in the amount of KZT5,558,078,194.61 tenge for
payment of dividends;
- to approve the dividend of KZT272.27 per one ordinary share on the 2018 results;
- to take due note of the fact of absence of shareholders’ petitions related to
the actions of the Exchange and its executives in 2018;
- to take due note of the amount and makeup of remuneration to members of the
Management Board in 2018.
In total, decisions on eight issues were made.
