/KASE, May 28, 2019/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general
meeting of its shareholders will start on May 30, 2019 at 10:00 o'clock, with
the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure and form of distributing the company's 2018 net
income, approval of the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the
company, fixing the start date of dividend payout;
- consideration of the issue of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives in 2018 and results of their consideration.
