Changes in the staff of Governing body and executive body of TEXAKABANK OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 13, 02/ - TEXAKABANK OJSC (Almaty), whose bonds are circulating under stock exchange's official "А" listing category, presented KASE a copy of minutes of the prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which had been held on September 24 of 2002 in Dallas city in Texas state (USA). In accordance with the admitted agenda shareholders of TEXAKABANK OJSC decided: - to approve offer about resignation of Igor V. Gekko from the post of the Chairman and exclude him from the Board of directors of TEXAKABANK OJSC; - to elect Yelena S. Mercelle the Chairman of the Board of directors of TEXAKABANK OJSC; - to elect I. Gekko the first Deputy of the Board of directors of TEXAKABANK OJSC; - to present the mentioned candidatures for coordination to the National Bank of Kazakhstan. [2002-11-13]
