/KASE, May 27, 2019/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a decision of its sole shareholder dated May 22, 2019, about
changes in the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:
- removed M. Ibrashev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- appointed: E. Ermekova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
E. Khamitov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan consists of six persons: A. Arifkhanov, E. Khamitov,
L. Ibragimova, E. Ermekova, D. Kydyrbaev, A. Barunin.
