/KASE, May 23, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that proceedings on court
case in Specialized Inter-District Economic Court of the city of Almaty based on
the legal claim of A.R. Sirazitdinova to annul the decision of the BAST’s Board
of Directors of February 1, 2019 have discontinued on May 20, 2019.
