Kazakhstan mortgage company has postponed debut of bonds for November 18

/Almaty bureau REUTERS, Oljas Auezov, November 11, 02/ - Kazakhstan
mortgage company, which is controlled by the National Bank, has postponed
floatation of its debut three-year bonds for November 18 in accordance with
incompleteness of listing procedure at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE),
informed the company.
Before the company informed that the first tranche of new for Kazakhstan market
mortgage bonds in the amount of KZT300 m would be sold to bank CenterCredit
and KIB Asset Management on November 11, and afterwards the bonds would
be able to go to secondary market.
"Floatation of the first tranche of bonds was postponed for one week because
the new rules, which had been admitted by the stock exchange, made listing
procedure longer", - said a representative of Kazakhstan mortgage company to
Reuters.
The company, which was founded for financing commercial banks' mortgage
credits, registered in October bonds issue for KZT1.5 bn and intends to
entirely offer it within half a year.
