/KASE, May 22, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated May 16, 2019, Arifioglu Abdurrahman Zeki
was appointed the first deputy Chairman of the Management Board, a member of the
Management Board.
Taking into account the change, the Management Board of AsiaCredit Bank consists
of five persons: B. Kopeshov, B. Dosmukhametov, Z. Valikhanova, Sh. Bosambaeva,
Arifioglu Abdurrahman Zeki.
