/KASE, May 21, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of its sole shareholder dated May 8, 2019, the following persons were
appointed to the Board of Directors' composition:
- D. Zhumashov – managing director of strategy of National managing holding
"KazAgro", representative of the sole shareholder;
- R. Orazbaev – independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
consists of five persons: K. Izbastin, E. Orynbaev, N. Karnakova, D. Zhumashov,
R. Orazbaev.
