The bank's financial statements for 2018 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, financial statements reflect reliably
in all significant relations the financial position of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan as of December 31, 2018, as well as its financial
results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date in
accordance with the IFRS.
