/KASE, May 17, 2019/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated May 6, 2019, the following persons were
appointed to the Management Board:
- S. Makashev – Chairman of the Management Board, general director;
- B. Aliev – deputy general director of production, member of the Management
Board;
- K. Tileubaev – deputy general director of support, member of the Management Board;
- Zh. Iskakov – deputy general director of economics and finance, member of
the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of AstanaGas KMG consists
of four persons.
