/KASE, May 16, 2019/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 6, 2019, the following
changes were made to the Board of Directors:
- removed: I. Nalibaev – independent director, A. Basibekov – a member of
the Board of Directors;
- appointed: D. Beksoltan – a member of the Board of Directors, N. Akhanzaripov –
an independent director.
Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG
consists of five persons: D. Berlibaev, D. Beksoltan, S. Makashev, N. Akhanzaripov,
N. Ashirbekov.
