/KASE, May 16, 2019/ – ForteBank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Specialized Inter-
District Economic Court of the city of Almaty instituted court proceedings on the
legal claim filed on May 13, 2019 by StalStroy LLP "On acknowledging the violation
of contractual obligations and on recovery of the amount of money withdrawn from
the partnership’s settlement account".
