/KASE, May 8, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on June 28, 2019 by absentee voting.
Six issues are on the agenda including:
- approval of the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for the
reporting fiscal year, taking a decision to pay dividends on ordinary shares
and approval of the amount of a dividend per one ordinary share;
- taking a decision not to pay dividends on the company’s ordinary shares.
