/KASE, May 8, 2019/ – Kazakh Republican Trading House ZANGAR (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that the Extraordinary General Meetings of its shareholders scheduled for
May 4 and May 6, 2019 and repeated Extraordinary General Meetings scheduled for
May 5 and May 8, 2019 failed to take place due to absence of quorum.
