/KASE, May 6, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of its Board of
Directors’ decisions dated April 29, 2019:
- to preliminarily approve annual financial statements of the company for 2018;
- to convene the annual general meeting of shareholders by taking decisions by
absentee voting procedure without actually holding annual general meeting of
shareholders on June 28, 2019.
