/KASE, May 6, 2019/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified
KASE of the decision of its sole shareholder held on April 30, 2019:
- to approve annual financial statements of the bank for 2018;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the bank’s net profit in
the amount of KZT26,455,168,482.77 for 2018:
- to pay dividends in the amount of KZT7,936,550,544.83 to Baiterek National
Management Holding;
- to leave KZT18,518,617,937.94 at the bank’s disposal;
- to approve the dividend of KZT1,013.61 per one ordinary share of the bank;
- to set the date for launching payment of dividends for 2018 – June 1, 2019
- to take into consideration the information on the absense of the sole
shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the bank and its officials
that were filed in 2018 and on the amount and the structure of remuneration to
the members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the bank paid
in 2018;
