/KASE, May 6, 2019/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan,
hereinafter – the Holding), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On May 2, 2019 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed for the
Holding its long-term rating in foreign and national currencies at "ВВВ", the
national long-term "ААА(kaz)" and short-term in foreign currency "F2". Outlook
on long-term ratings "Stable". Fitch also affirmed ratings of the senior
unsecured internal debt of the Holding at "ВВВ"/"ААА(kaz)".
