/KASE, May 4, 2019/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 24, 2019:
- to approve the company's 2018 annual financial statements audited by
Auditing company "TrustFinAudit";
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2018, not to pay out dividends
on the company's ordinary shares for 2018.
