/KASE, May 3, 2019/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision
of the general meeting of shareholders the following changes were made to the
Board of Directors' composition:
- Youn Youngho – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
removed;
- Bae Junghan – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
appointed.
Taking into account said changes, Rakhat's Board of Directors consists of five
persons: Noh Mahg Ko, K. Fedorets, Baek Kwanhyeon, S. Terechshenko, Bae Junghan.
