Bonds KZ2C00005841 (AKMGb2) of AstanaGas KMG underwent listing on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, May 3, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of May 3, 2019, bonds KZ2C00005841 (KZT1,000, KZT102.0 bn; 10 years; annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list by category "bonds" of the alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is the second one under the first bond program of AstanaGas KMG registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on December 11, 2018 to the total amount of KZT187.0 bn.
