Kcell's Board of Directors appoints Bunyod Ramatov as CFO

The appointment will take effect from 2 May 2019. Current CFO Andis Locmelis has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Ramatov has extensive experience in finance and audit. For the past seven years, Mr. Ramatov has served as CFO at several international companies including "Phillip Morris Kazakhstan" and "BASF Central Asia". Prior to that, Mr. Ramatov held the position of senior audit manager at "Deloitte, Caspian Region".
