Nurbank OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about borrowing of syndicated loan in the amount of $15.0m

/KASE, October 31, 02/ - Nurbank OJSC (Atyrau), whose bonds are circulating
under Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category,
informed stock exchange with official letter about the fact that on October 28
of the current year the bank and Standard Bank London Limited (England) signed
up credit documentation for the amount of $15.0m.
According to the information of Nurbank OJSC the syndicated loan will be used
for financing foreign trade deals of the bank's main clients. No other official
information about the loan came to the stock exchange yet.
According to the information of REUTERS, which was published on October 28
concerning the press-release of Nurbank OJSC, the syndicate comprises
International Moscow bank, Parex Bank, Dresdner Bank, Hypo VereinsBank,
Bank of California, Israel Discount Bank, Natexis Banques Populaires, Mashreq
Bank.
"This syndicated loan has become one of the stages of the program of Nurbank's
work at international markets of capital, which will comprise issues of
international shares and bonds, and also a number of structured trade deals", -
says the borrower's information, which was quoted by REUTERS.
