/KASE, April 26, 2019/ – KoZhaN (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following decisions of
its sole shareholder dated April 25, 2019, the following changes were made to
the Board of Directors:
- removed: Wang Wentao – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Zhang Zhengqing a
member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- appointed: Guo Yi – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Li Guocheng – a
member of the company's Board of Directors, an independent director.
- to define the term of office of the company's Board of Directors – until the
appointment of a new Board of Directors by the company's sole shareholder,
and not to pay remuneration to newly appointed members of the Board of
Directors nor compensate expenses related to performance of their duties.
