/KASE, April 29, 2019/ – KoZhaN (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of its sole
shareholder dated April 25, 2019:
- to discontinue powers of Mr. Wang Wentao and Mr. Zhang Zhengqing as members
of the company's Board of Directors;
- to appoint Mr. Guo Yi a member of the company's Board of Directors (as a
representative of the company's sole shareholder), as well as appoint Mr. Li
Guocheng a member of the company's Board of Directors (as an independent
director, not being a representative of the company's sole shareholder).
- to define the term of office of the company's Board of Directors – until the
appointment of a new Board of Directors by the company's sole shareholder, and
not to pay remuneration to newly appointed members of the Board of Directors
nor compensate expenses related to performance of their duties.
