/KASE, April 25, 2019/ – Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of April 12, 2019, the following changes were made to the
Board of Directors:
- D.B. Bakbergen, a member of the Board of Directors, was excluded;
- E.I. Yelshibayev, a member of the Board of Directors, was elected.
Currently, the Management Board of the Fund of Problem Loans comprises five
people: B.Sh. Sholpankulov, K.U. Ibraimov, E.I. Yelshibayev, S.E. Kenesarin,
E.R. Turganaliyev
