/KASE, April 25, 2019/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
of a decision of its Board of Directors dated April 24, 2019, on calling an
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on May 29, 2019.
