/KASE, April 24, 2019/ – RESMI Finance and Investment House (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start on May 28,
2019 at 10:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders;
- on the approval of the annual financial statements of the company for fiscal
year 2018 confirmed by independent auditor’s report of Russell Bedford
A+Partners International Audit Firm;
- on the approval of the procedure for distribution of the company’s net profit
for 2018 and approval of the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of the
company;
- on consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration for 2018.
