/KASE, April 19, 2019/ – Almaty International Airport (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
of the decision of its sole shareholder made on April 17, 2019 on approving the
incorporation of its subsidiary company Almaty FBO.
