/KASE, April 19, 2019/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about changes in its Board of Directors:
- A.G. Saidenov, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
was excluded;
- A.G. Musin, a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director,
was elected.
Given these changes, currently, Board of Directors of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan comprises 7 people: A.S. Pavlov, M.T. Yesenbayev, Christof Ruchl,
Frank Kuijlaars, A.G. Musin, U.B. Shayakhmetova, A.G. Dunayev.
