/KASE, April 19, 2019/ – Ai Karaauyl (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions
of its Board of Directors dated April 19, 2019 as follows:
- to appoint K. Mamiev the Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- to preliminarily approve financial statements and consolidated financial
statements of the company for the 2018 fiscal year;
- to call the annual general meeting of shareholders on May 23, 2019.
