/KASE, April 19, 2019/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on April 19, 2019.
- To set the number of the bank’s Board of Directors as six including three
independent directors;
- to elect Ulf Wokurka as a member and an independent director of the bank’s
Board of Directors.
