/KASE, April 19, 2019/ – Insurance Company Standard (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that the
Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start on May 20, 2019 at 15:00
a.m. with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the company’s Annual General Meeting;
- approval of the company’s annual financial statements for 2018;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of net income for FY 2018:
- payment of dividends on the compnay’s ordinary shares;
- distribution of net income fof the company for 2018;
- consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the company
and its officials and the results of their consideration;
- informing the company shareholders on the amount and the structure of
remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board
of the company for 2018;
- Board of Directors’ report on its activities in 2018.
