/KASE, April 18, 2019/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on May 15, 2019 at
11:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- determining the number of the company’s Board of Directors member;
- on electing members of the company’s Board of Directors;
- on setting the term of office of the company’s Board of Directors;
- on setting the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and benefits to the
Board of Directors’ members of the company for discharge of their duties.
