/KASE, April 17, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 15, 2019:
- to approve the bank's 2018 financial statements;
- to approve the following procedure of distribution of the bank's 2018 net
income:
- not to pay out dividends on the bank's ordinary shares for 2018;
- to allocate the bank's 2018 net income to retained earnings of past years;
- to take note of information on absence of appeals of the sole shareholder
against actions of the bank and its executives in 2018;
- to take note of information on remuneration of members of the bank's Board
of Directors and Management Board.
