/KASE, April 16, 2019/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C39450016 of the company makes up 716,966 units; - 629,762 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 830 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC, owning 628,855 common shares of the company (99.86% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares).
