/KASE, April 16, 2019/ – JSC "National managing holding "Baiterek" (JSC "National managing holding "Baiterek", hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C59460010 of the company makes up 5,000,086,550 units; - 880,218,712 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is GI "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the MF RK".
