/KASE, April 15, 2019/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 15, 2019
at 12:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is conclusion of a major interested party.
