/KASE, April 15, 2019/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C56950013 of the company makes up 50,000,000 units; - 36,951,133 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is Central-Asian power-energy company JSC, owning 34,272,706 common shares of the company (92.75% of the total number of the company outstanding shares).
