TNC Kazchrome provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019

/KASE, April 15, 2019/ – TNC Kazchrome JSC (Aktobe, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C04180010 of the company makes up 142,949,700 units, preferred shares KZ1P04180116 - 15,120,000 units; - 99,953,939 common shares and 9,893,795 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 493 common shares and 3,428 preferred shares; - the sole company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KCR INTERNATIONAL B.V., who owns 109,130,168 shares of the company (99.35% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 99,940,708 common shares and 9,189,460 preferred shares of the company.
