/KASE, April 12, 2019/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed that it bought back
16,872,498 pieces of its bonds KZ2С00003986 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
SNRGb2) on KASE on April 10.
According to this statement, Samruk-Energy effected settlements with holders of
said bonds in full in the amount of KZT17,942,209,836.02 including principal debt
(aggregate par value of bonds) of KZT17,655,846,050.53, coupon interest of
KZT286,363,785.50.
