/KASE, April 12, 2019/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of
its sole shareholder dated April 12, 2019:
- To early terminate powers of chief executive - first deputy general director of
the company: B.A. Imanbayev;
- To elect chief executive - first deputy general director of the company: K.A.
Izmukhanov and to set his term of office from April 10, 2019 until November 25,
2021.
