/KASE, April 10, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the following
people were elected to its Board of Directors:
- O.K. Shadiyev, chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Aslan Yusuf Ziya, a member of the Board of Directors;
- Cevic Erden Kadir, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- A.T. Asanova, a member of the Board of Directors;
- M.P. Kabashev, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Currently, AsiaCredit Bank’s Board of Directors consists of five people.
