According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C48640011 of the company makes up 3,815,240 shares; - 2,099,264 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KS8 HOLDING B.V.
