According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00160016 of the Bank makes up 160,240 pieces; - 34,890 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the Bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Bank is HOME CREDIT AND FINANCE BANK LLC.
