/KASE, April 3, 2019/ – KMK Munai (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about changes in its
Board of Directors:
- Qin Yongzhong, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- Yang Yongfeng, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed;
Currently, the Board of Directors of KMK Munai consists of nine persons.
